These training sessions will cover the use of the new version of the database by practically going through all the steps required for registering a company and linking a user to a company, notifying of the distribution of a device and amending an existing entry, and notifying of the cessation of distribution and/or manufacturing of a device. Applications related to the Estonian Health Insurance Fund will not be covered during these initial trainings, but additional information will be given separately at a later stage.
The estimated duration of the training is 4 hours.

10:00 – 10:15 Introduction
10:15 – 11:00 Different options for creating an account, linking to a company, different user profiles
11:00 – 12:00 Notification of distribution of a medical device, system or procedure pack, and making available of custom-made medical device
12:00 – 12:30 Break
12:30 – 13:00 Amending an existing entry in the database, notification of cessation of distribution and/or manufacturing
13:00 – 13:30 Public view of the database
13:30 – 14:00 Summary and questions
