The Estonian State Agency of Medicines is aware of cases where sent e-mails have not been delivered. In some instances, the sender may not receive an error notification, which may create the false impression that the message has been successfully delivered.
To avoid problems, the Estonian State Agency of Medicines asks all correspondents to re-enter our specialists’ e-mail addresses in the recipient field and, where possible, delete previously saved auto-complete entries (in Outlook, automatically suggested addresses can be removed using the “Empty Auto-Complete List” feature).
